Namco Bandai Holdings Inc. (NBHD) (株式会社バンダイナムコホールディングス, Kabushiki Gaisha Bandai Namuko Hōrudingusu), also known as the Bandai Namco Group, is a Japanese holding company formed from the merger of Namco and Bandai. It has interests in toys, video games and arcades, anime, and amusement parks. The new entity was founded on September 29, 2005. The company has its headquarters in Shinagawa, Tokyo.

Namco Bandai Holdings (USA) Inc. (NBHU) is a regional holding company that oversees U.S.-based operations. It was officially formed on January 2, 2006 and is located in the former Bandai U.S. headquarters in Cypress, California.

NBHD is known for distributing and publishing games like Xenosaga, Tekken, Pac-Man, and others, including anime such as Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, One Piece, and other brands. They also owned animation studio Sunrise as well as D3 Publisher, Lantis, Banpresto and Bandai Visual (including the late Bandai Entertainment) and afilliated with Sotsu Agency. They also distribute toys made by Bandai itself.

Namco Bandai Holdings Inc. is responsible to collaborate with its rival companies Bushiroad and Takara Tomy with NaruIchi97/AtomicRanger97 Entertainment Studios Inc. to license the Harmony Unleashed series in collaboration with Hasbro worldwide. As they co-license toys, films and games. It's the publisher for Harmony Unleashed: Rainbow Dawn, as well as RD Dissidia and Blazin' Signs.
