Summit Entertainment LLC (formerly Summit Entertainment LP) is an American film studio and a subsidiary of Lions Gate Entertainment headquartered in Universal City, California with international offices in London.
Summit's well known films are the Twilight Saga film adaptations based on Stephanie Meyer's book series, the Wrong Turn horror film series, Step Up and Red based on DC Comics' comic book series by Warren Ellis.
Summit Entertainment is the first and only company to distribute Harmony Unleashed: Cutie Doll Fighters (formerly known as Harmony Unleashed Side Story: The Movie - The Harmony Girls Chronicles). Later this year, Lionsgate traded the main film series's spin-offs to Summit, so they are distributing Harmony Unleashed DX.
